Consent form for sharing data with the Energy Saving Trust
We would like to share your information with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) via the Energy Saving Trust (EST) to verify you are receiving the relevant benefit(s) to be eligible for the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme.
Please note that it is not possible for the EST, Future Isle of Wight, or any other company to see what benefits you receive through this service. The DWP will only confirm whether you are in receipt of an ECO qualifying benefit, not which one. In addition, our enquiry will not impact future benefit payments.
If you do not want us to share your data, you will be required to provide copies of documents from the DWP that prove you receive qualifying benefits.
For information on what will happen to the data we collect about you, please read the relevant section of this Ofgem web page.
You can contact us to withdraw consent for us to share your data with the EST. If you withdraw consent after your data has been shared, it will continue to be processed. However, no further data will be collected or sent.
By signing and submitting this form, you agree to share any data entered with the Department for Work and Pensions via the Energy Saving Trust in order to confirm you are in receipt of relevant benefit(s) to be eligible for the ECO scheme.
